Terms and Conditions


The terms and conditions are set by the 11+ Success Club and form a legally binding contract with the Parents/Carers.

1) Fees:

All fees are to be paid termly and in advance. Fees are dependent on the number of weeks in any one term and are adjusted accordingly. They are subject to change and the 11+ Success Club shall inform Parents and Carers in advance, with at least one term’s notice.  

Refunds:

 Fees shall not be refunded, once a child is enrolled for any reason including:

·       The pupil is absent through illness

·       The club is temporarily closed due to adverse weather conditions

·       The parent/carer decides not to send the child for any reason including vacations or any other event

Fees are non-transferable, if it is deemed necessary that the child needs separate one to one tuition.

 The Parents or Carers must give one term’s notice if they wish to withdraw their child from the 11+ Success Club.

3) Safeguarding:

All staff are DBS (formally known as a CRB) checked. The 11+ Success Club will not tolerate abusive behaviour of any kind; this includes behaviour on or outside the premises, or via communication. Should abusive behaviour occur, the 11+ Success Club reserves the right to terminate the contract of the parent/ child concerned.

The 11+ Success Club promotes a culture of respect amongst its members. We are mindful of the need to extend our respect to the staff, premises and grounds of John Fisher School, in addition to the residents living in close proximity to the school.

4) Images and Photographs:

The 11+ Success Club may use a child’s images, videos or photographs for promotional material. A “Parent Release Form for Media Recording” shall be sent out prior to any images, videos or photographs being taken.

5) Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Parents or Carers should inform The 11+Success Club if your child has special educational needs or has a current EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan) in place. This shall help the Club meet the needs of the child where possible.

6) Medical issues and updates:

Parents or Carers must inform the staff of the 11+ Success Club if there is:

·       Any history of a learning difficulty

·       Any disability, special educational need or any behavioural, emotional difficulty the child may have

·       Any concerns regarding a child’s safety

·       Any circumstances within the family that may affect the child’s welfare or happiness

Parents or Carers must inform the staff of the 11+ Success Club if there is any change to the child’s medical condition and or allergies.

The 11+ Success Club shall contact the emergency services if deemed necessary. Parents/Carers should inform the 11+ Success Club of any issues we should be aware of.
